Acceptance of Terms

By using Kinich Bot or participating in any Kinich Gacha activity, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the service immediately.

TofuBoy reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Nature of the Game

Kinich Gacha is a game of chance. All pull outcomes are randomized and no specific result is guaranteed. By participating, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • All outcomes are determined by a random system and cannot be predicted or influenced.
  • Previous results do not affect future outcomes in any way.
  • TofuBoy makes no representations or guarantees regarding specific drop rates or individual results.
  • The game is intended solely for entertainment purposes.

Responsible Spending

⚠ TofuBoy strongly encourages all players to spend responsibly. Only spend what you can comfortably afford. Kinich Gacha is entertainment — not an investment.
  • Do not spend money you cannot afford to lose.
  • All purchases are made voluntarily at the player's own discretion.
  • TofuBoy is not responsible for any financial decisions made by players.

Purchases & Payments

All transactions are processed through PayPal. By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
  • You have read and understood the nature of the purchase prior to completing it.
  • All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy.

Refund Policy

TofuBoy will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, you must contact TofuBoy directly. The following conditions apply:

  • Refund requests must be submitted directly to TofuBoy — not through PayPal's dispute or chargeback system.
  • Due to PayPal's fee policies, any transaction fees incurred are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund amount.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to TofuBoy's sole discretion.
  • Refunds will generally not be issued for items that have already been used or that have provided an in-game advantage.
ℹ Always contact TofuBoy first before taking any action through PayPal. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly.

PayPal Disputes

✕ Filing a dispute or chargeback with PayPal instead of contacting TofuBoy directly will result in the permanent removal of all account data associated with your profile from Kinich Bot. This is done to protect the integrity of the game, as purchased items may confer in-game advantages that are not easily reversible. This action cannot be undone.

TofuBoy is committed to resolving genuine issues fairly. Always reach out directly first — filing a PayPal dispute without prior contact will be treated as a violation of these terms.

Virtual Items & Account Data

All items, cards, and in-game assets obtained through Kinich Gacha are virtual and hold no real-world monetary value. Players do not own any virtual items — they are licensed for use within Kinich Bot only.

TofuBoy reserves the right to modify, remove, or reset in-game items and account data at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to game balancing, rule violations, or service changes.

Account Conduct

All players are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. TofuBoy reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account found to be:

  • Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics.
  • Engaging in abusive, harassing, or disruptive behavior toward other players or staff.
  • Attempting to manipulate or circumvent the game's systems in any way.
  • Providing false information to obtain refunds or other benefits.

Banned accounts are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

TofuBoy shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Kinich Gacha or Kinich Bot, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of virtual items or account data.
  • Financial losses resulting from in-game purchases.
  • Service interruptions, downtime, or technical errors.
  • Actions taken by other players.

Your use of the service is entirely at your own risk.

Changes to the Service

TofuBoy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue Kinich Gacha or Kinich Bot at any time, with or without notice.

In the event of a permanent shutdown, no refunds for prior purchases will be issued unless TofuBoy explicitly states otherwise. TofuBoy also reserves the right to change pricing, drop rates, and available items at any time.
